Working at Raydon Facilities

When a supplier is required to physically work at a Raydon Corporation facility, the supplier must comply with all safety and security regulations. The supplier shall take all precautions required by Raydon, or otherwise necessary to prevent the occurrence of any injury to person or property during the progress of such work. The supplier shall promptly inform Raydon of any injury or damage that occurs. The supplier shall provide timely notice prior to introduction to the premises of any hazardous material, as defined in any Federal, state, or local law or ordinance or in any lawful order, rule or regulation there under applicable to the premises. The supplier will equip its employees, agents and subcontractors for the use of such hazardous material.

The supplier shall comply with all purchase order requirements. Raydon may require a background investigation prior to the commencement of performance. Prior to the commencement of any work, the supplier must provide a Certificate of Citizenship with regard to all employees and subcontractors that will perform work at Raydon Facilities or will have access to technical data, so that Raydon may determine what level of access to facilities and technical data is allowed in order to comply with United States law or certain government contract requirements.

The employees of the subcontractor will be required to complete ITAR Compliance and Non-Disclosure Agreements.  Raydon suppliers are requested to join our efforts to make Equal Employment Opportunity, a living reality. 

The supplier and any subcontractors will carry the appropriate amount of state-required Worker’s Compensation and Employee Liability insurance to cover any liability on account of accidents to their respective employees. As set forth in the purchase order, the supplier and any subcontractors will carry at least the minimum amount of Comprehensive General Liability insurance and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance.
